SMS Privacy Policy

Scope and operator
This policy applies to personal SMS and MMS conversations with the owner of Saint Bernard Aerial (the “Owner”) using the personal texting numbers the Owner provides to friends and family. Saint Bernard Aerial hosts this policy on flystbernard.com. These conversations are personal correspondence with friends and family; they are not a business marketing or customer messaging program. The website’s separate privacy policy applies to website browsing.
Information collected
The Owner receives your phone number, any name or contact details you provide, message contents and attachments, and messaging records such as timestamps and delivery status. Records of permission to text and requests to stop may also be retained.
How information is used
Information is used to conduct the conversation you requested or agreed to, deliver messages, respond to questions, and honor consent and opt-out preferences. Messages are individually written and sent by the Owner. There are no marketing messages, bulk campaigns, scheduled messages, or automated conversational replies.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your personal conversation; there is no fixed recurring schedule. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.
Mobile information and consent
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers, message contents, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or used for advertising. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own use.
Service providers and required disclosures
Messaging providers, telecommunications carriers, and providers used to receive, store, or deliver correspondence process information only as necessary to support these conversations. This limited processing does not permit their own marketing use of mobile information or consent. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or a valid legal process.
Retention and security
Correspondence is retained for the ongoing personal conversation and related recordkeeping. Consent and opt-out records may be retained to prevent unwanted messages. Reasonable measures are used to protect access, but SMS and MMS are not end-to-end encrypted. Avoid sending passwords, financial credentials, or other highly sensitive information by text.
Your choices
Participation is voluntary. Reply STOP to stop text messages from the number you are texting, or tell the Owner directly that you do not want further texts. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected]. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information at that address; limited records may be retained where needed to honor an opt-out or meet legal obligations.
